As Head Designer for Night Shift, a Minneapolis based music event company, I develop the visual direction for recurring parties and their social media rollouts. Each event operates as its own collection with a distinct visual language while remaining connected to the larger Night Shift identity. I work closely with the owner to develop concepts, respond to feedback, coordinate announcements, and deliver assets on schedule. The role has strengthened my ability to collaborate consistently while balancing creative experimentation with real deadlines and business needs.
